Job Description As a Sales & Service Support Manager (SSSM) you are a member of PNC Bank's Retail Banking Line of Business and will be based in the Indiana Market covering North Central Indiana (generally the South Bend, Elkhart, Mishawaka, LaPorte areas). Your office will likely be based in Mishawaka but will require much travel. You will assist a Regional Manager in managing the sales and service process in the branches. You will grow PNC Bank's market share through assisting in sales and service management and leadership. You will work with the Regional Managers to coach, develop and performance manage employees around our sales and service expectations, driving service excellence, growing greater share of the wallet and enhancing employee engagement.

The SSSM will act as a point person the regions for implementation of all sales campaigns, product changes, new product launches, pricing changes, sales or service training and any other marketing or branch merchandising initiatives at the direction of the Sales & Service Manager. In addition the SSSM will receive corporate/market strategy and communication from the Market Sales & Service Manager and will work with Regional Managers to deliver corporate/market message and formulate an overall plan for the region.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:




  • Bachelor degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales/service industry
  • Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop others
  • Must have a proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
