| Job Description | As a Retail Sales and Floor Plan representative you are a member of PNC's Consumer Banking Dealer Finance division reporting to a Consumer Lending Dept. Manager. The position is home based supporting dealer relationships in one of the following markets: Chicago, Milwaukee or St. Louis. Quarterly traveled southern New Jersey is required. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining dealer relationships for all indirect lending products. You are responsible for achieving customer satisfaction through professional knowledgeable and timely delivery of service and products. You will execute plans to meet performance targets including contract volume goals, booked to received ratios, reserve plan conversions and new business development. You will cold call on new franchise car dealerships and meet with dealership managers to sell PNC's indirect automobile program. This position conducts evaluations of dealer financial information on existing and prospective accounts to insure dealers represent acceptable financial risks. You will collaborate with PNC's loan center customer service department to resolve dealer issues ensuring dealer servicing levels are maintained. The retail sales and floor plan representative position is sales driven with measurable goals and matrix's. Compensation package includes a base salary and competitive sales incentives. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications : Bachelors Degree preferably in the business, finance or economics field. Five to ten years of sales experience in automotive industry sales with a demonstrated track record of achievement. Experience in all aspects of Dealer finance. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills, Excellent verbal communication ability.
