Master Scheduler

The Customs and Border Protection (CPB) Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) Master Scheduler will serve as the lead for providing intra-governmental partners with the information necessary to champion the planning, construction, and maintenance of various physical components designed to help the USBP and AMO fulfill its primary homeland security mission.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated Starting Salary Range for Master Scheduler: $110,000 to $140,000.
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Master Scheduler Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilizes Primavera and Microsoft Project to review, evaluate, and make recommendations on project documents such as project schedules and Project Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Makes changes and corrections to maintain the project specific schedules. Produces an integrated schedule that captures all project schedules including interdependencies. Reports Progress Variance Report variances and electronically file approved integrated schedules.
  • Prepares comprehensive Project Schedules and assist with the management of Project milestones and resources within the schedule through the Project lifecycle. Reviews project progress, measure performance and notify the Government client of any deviations from existing/current schedule(s) and/or cost(s). Updates and submits Project Schedules monthly to conform to current schedules and submit the updated Project Schedules to the Government client. Creates monthly performance Measure Reports that include progress, cost, and slippage data from each previous month and will estimate the progress for the next month.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Master Scheduler Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Master's Degree.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience is required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have/or be able to obtain a CBP Public Trust
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
