This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations and events throughout the Indianapolis area. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a free in-home consultation.

Job Duties:
Represent the company at local retail locations
Represent the company at weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals
Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products
Gather information for appointment setting purposes

Qualifications:
Outgoing Personality
Self-motivated, professional, career-minded attitude
Ability to drive a conversation
Organization skills
Reliable Transportation
Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
Must be 18 years or older

Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasions
Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours
Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication / check in with manager
Flexible scheduling only available after training is complete
